If you have applied for a job with our company, depending on the qualification level, we expect you to have in-depth knowledge of the industry and to have done some research on QUISMA in advance and discovered what the specific job entails.

Prepare your application carefully and include a cover letter, CV, certificates/references and – most important – the desired office, plus your target salary from junior level as this will give us a first impression.

All applications are first reviewed by our QUISMA recruiting department in Munich. Then, the applications are forwarded to the different departments at the offices. Once these have been reviewed by the experts in detail, you will be invited to take part in an interview, either over the phone or in person. After a personal meeting, the rest of the procedure takes place in coordination with the interviewees and/or HR. Trainees will go through the Trainee Assessment Centre.
